With over 40 children taking part in our weekly training, including many children who had never played Gaelic games before, this was a very enjoyable day out. There was great fun, enthusiasm and energy demonstrated in the fine skills of Gaelic football and hurling from the youngest players who were 5 years old up to the older children who are 15. Not to forget the parents who came along for the first time and met with some of our existing parents, in what was an enjoyable occasion.
Finally we thank all our members for supporting this event and taking part as well as telling their friends and neighbours. We hope to have another event soon, so stay tuned!
